Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 09:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Executive ( Female ) who can efficiently handle a high volume of client interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering client queries, providing accurate information, and maintaining excellent customer relationships through WhatsApp and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Handle a large number of client queries professionally and efficiently
• Provide detailed product/service information to potential and existing customers
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Record and manage customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and call handling
• Problem-solving attitude and patience when dealing with clients
• Basic computer skills
