Customer Support Representative (Female)

Job Description:

Digiteazy is looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting lead generation efforts, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. This is an onsite night shift role, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional chat support to customers
  • Assist in lead generation through online platforms and outreach
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of lead generation processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online tools
  • Ability to work in a night shift (7 PM – 3 AM)
  • Must be comfortable working onsite
