Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer support or call center experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Must be able to work on-site in Gulberg 3, Lahore
