Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Female Only) Company: CP Tech International Location: 4th Floor, Central Plaza (Opposite Giga Boutique Mall), On-site Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Salary: PKR 40,000 - 80,000 per month + Bonuses

About Us: CP Tech International is a fast-growing company specializing in international B2B and FMCG distribution. We are rapidly expanding our global operations and are exclusively hiring talented female Customer Service Representatives to handle our international campaigns across the UK, USA, Spain, UAE, and Pakistan.

Campaign Specific Requirements: We are assigning candidates to specific regional campaigns based on their spoken English abilities. Please apply based on your skill set:

• UK Campaign: Strictly requires a fluent UK/British accent.
• USA Campaign: Requires a clear US/American or neutral accent.
• Spain, UAE & Pakistan Campaigns: Requires clear, standard, and fluent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and customer inquiries for your assigned international region.
• Log all calls, queries, and order details accurately into our CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and track order statuses.
• Maintain strict data confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

General Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Minimum : Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in an international call center, tele-sales or CSR role is a major plus.
• Highly punctual, reliable and comfortable working the 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift.
