Customer Support Representative I

HemaSource, Inc. | Hybrid (Tue–Thu onsite, Mon & Fri remote) Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Pay: $20.00/hour starting pay with opportunities to grow your skills and increase earnings over time

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Process orders, returns, and account updates with accuracy
• Help customers with shipping, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
• Partner with teams across Operations, Sales, and Purchasing
• Keep customer information organized and up to date
• Look for ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, call center, or order entry (1–2+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
