Job Overview
1. Screening phone calls and transferring them to support technicians or the sales department.
2. Issue return authorization numbers for products being sent for repair or returned for credit.
3. Receive products sent to us for repair or credit and generate return authorization paperwork.
4. Answer customer inquiries regarding repair status.
5. Contact customers regarding total repair charges and obtain payment.
6. Data entry. Enter parts orders, repair and advance replacement orders, any other return authorizations and credit memos in our accounting/RMA system. Enter returns in UPS Worldship to create return labels and to send return labels by way of e-mail.
7. Coordinate the returns from shipping/order entry errors and insure that products owed are eventually returned.
8. Process credit card transactions.
9. All other duties assigned.
Base hourly pay for this job will be $18 to $20 an hour, depending on the candidate. There is also bonus pay that is dependent on sales and averages an additional $7 to $8 per hour.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
