Customer Support Representative (Male -Night shift)

Job Description:

• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
• Perform daily insurance claim billing.
• Monitor and manage claim rejections through the clearinghouse.
• Follow up on previous claims, invoices, and delinquent accounts to reduce outstanding balances.
• Identify and resolve billing and coding issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient billing records.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Job Timing:
Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Off Days: Saturday & Sunday

Salary & Benefits:

• Internship Stipend: PKR 30,000
• After Probation: PKR 40,000 + PKR 5,000 Attendance Allowance
