Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our NayaPay Campaign as Customer Support Representatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chats, or emails
- Assist customers with account-related and payment-related concerns
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts
