Customer Support Representative – NayaPay Campaign

Salary: PKR 40,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our NayaPay Campaign as Customer Support Representatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chats, or emails
  • Assist customers with account-related and payment-related concerns
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Com or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts
