We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to handle customer communication and order-related tasks for our e-commerce clients. The candidate will manage WhatsApp queries, confirm new orders, track orders using courier portals, and ensure smooth customer experiences from order placement to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm customer orders via WhatsApp & calls
• Handle inquiries and provide product/order-related information
• Manage orders on Shopify portal (basic knowledge required)
• Track orders on Pakistani courier company portals (Leopard, Trax, Call Courier, etc.)
• Resolve issues using Shipper Advice to clear pending orders
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of pending, confirmed, and delivered orders

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or customer support
• Knowledge of Pakistani courier portals and order tracking
• Ability to handle WhatsApp communication professionally
• Basic knowledge of Shopify dashboard (order processing, fulfillment)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• On-site availability in Lahore

Preferred:

• Experience in customer support for clothing or footwear brands
• Knowledge of handling return/refund requests
• Ability to multitask and manage order flow efficiently
