Customer Support Representative – Packaging Sales & Chat Support

Forest Enterprises is a global packaging company providing premium custom packaging and printing solutions to clients in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Our focus is on delivering high-quality packaging products, excellent customer service, and building long-term client relationships.

We’re expanding our Lahore team and are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to manage live chat support and packaging inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Handle live chat and email support for customer inquiries regarding packaging products.

Provide accurate product information, quotations, and respond to packaging-related questions.

Convert inbound leads and chats into sales opportunities.

Coordinate with the production and design team to fulfill client requirements.

Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential clients.

Meet daily and monthly performance & response-time targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in chat support, customer service, or sales.

Strong English written communication skills.

Confident and professional in dealing with international customers.

Fast typing speed and ability to multitask.

Familiarity with CRM or chat support tools is a plus.

Prior experience in packaging, printing, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.

Must be willing to work night shifts.
