Overview:
Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of Healthcare systems, Medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Customer Support Representative – Pharmacy Operations.

*** Duration: 3+ months contract w/ possibility of extension
Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote after training)
Training Schedule (Training will be conducted onsite for approximately 9–12 weeks)
o 6/15 – 6/19: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
o 6/22 – 8/7: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Permanent Schedule (Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM)
One Saturday shift every 5–7 weeks: Saturday hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One weekday off is provided during that week
Job Overview:
Client is seeking a Customer Support Representative to support Pharmacy Operations by handling inbound and outbound pharmacy-related calls, scheduling refill deliveries, assisting patients with prescription-related inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate teams.
The ideal candidate will have recent call center experience, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to demonstrate empathy when assisting patients.
