Enviro Resource Management is seeking a reliable and professional Customer Support Representative to assist farmers and customers through phone, email, and online communication channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

This role involves helping customers understand our services, responding to inquiries, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate communication records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  
• Assist farmers and clients with general questions regarding our services and farming plans
  
• Provide professional and friendly customer support
  
• Schedule appointments and follow-up communications
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
  
• Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
  
• Help improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or support roles preferred
  
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online communication tools
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required
