Your Role:

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and other social platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and other social platforms.
• Manage customer interactions in forums, fan groups, and review platforms such as Trustpilot.
• Handle complaint escalations from multiple social channels.
• Maintain professional communication and protect the brand reputation in public discussions.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking team members who have:

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of experience in social media customer service
• Experience handling complaints related to 3C electronic products (consumer electronics)
• Ability to manage 100+ customer replies per day
• Ability to manage public opinion and online reputation
• Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Sales or persuasive communication experience is a plus
