Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding services, orders, and customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, professionally, and empathetically.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately within company systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Uphold Fleeto's service standards and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Proficient with computers and customer service software/CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
