Job Overview:

Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to deliver dedicated customer service and administrative support to a UK client with business related to plumbing and home services, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and digital communications (Email, WhatsApp, CRM) from UK customers.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain customer records and job details in the CRM.
• Coordinate daily schedules with UK-based engineers & technicians.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and manage feedback.
• Resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience atlest 1 year as a CSR for UK market, preferably in plumbering, HVAC services etc.)
• Mandatory: Experience handling UK customers over call.
• 1 year experience as a VA for UK based client, will be a huge plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional phone etiquette.
• Experience in service-based industries (plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Reliable availability for 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PKT shift.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
