Customer Support Representative (US Clients – English Speaking)

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle communication with US-based clients and act as a bridge between clients and our internal team.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to understand client needs and relay them clearly to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with US clients via Zoom, email, and chat
• Attend and confidently handle video meetings with clients
• Understand client concerns, questions, and requirements
• Coordinate between clients and the internal operations team
• Provide timely updates and maintain professional communication
• Ensure smooth client experience and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in attending video and voice calls
• Ability to work in a team and handle client-facing responsibilities
• Problem-solving mindset and professional attitude
• Prior customer support or client handling experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
