Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representatives with excellent English communication skills to join our operations team. This role involves real-time monitoring of field personnel, maintaining consistent communication with on-site team members, and ensuring compliance with operational protocols. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling time-sensitive situations with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time activity of field personnel and ensure timely completion of check-ins, reports, and assigned duties.
- Promptly contact on-site staff via phone when scheduled tasks or check-ins are missed, and ensure corrective action is taken.
- Maintain accurate logs of all communications and operational updates.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns from clients, providing timely and professional support.
- Escalate operational issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare daily shift reports and summaries of any issues or incidents.
- Follow up with field personnel to confirm task completion and service quality.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in customer support, dispatch, or operations monitoring preferred.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable making phone calls and addressing operational issues in real time.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the security, logistics, or service industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with workforce tracking or scheduling platforms.
