Customer Support Representative (Weekend Shift)

Anchored right here in Pensacola, SnackCrate is a subscription-based service that sells snacks from around the world. Every month, we take our customers' tastebuds on a journey toward the best snacks they can't get anywhere else –– and we have a great time doing it.

We are seeking three experienced and motivated individuals to join our Remote Customer Support Team in a Part-Time, Weekends-only position. In this role, you will communicate directly with customers via Email and Live Chat to deliver truly exceptional service and high quality support.

What You'll Do:

  • Support customers via email and live chat to proactively reduce weekend backlog
  • Investigate and resolve order, billing, and account issues with accuracy and care
  • Process adjustments including replacements, refunds, address updates, and subscription changes
  • Accurately document customer interactions and report issues or errors to the Quality Assurance team
  • Maintain consistent productivity while managing a high-volume inbox with accuracy and efficiency

**Please note this is a fully remote position after completing a required 1-week (paid) onsite training at our local headquarters.**

Qualifications For This Role:

  • Must be a current Florida resident
  • Be able to attend a 1-week onsite new hire training in Pensacola
  • Minimum of 2 years documented customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year documented remote work experience in a professional setting
  • Typing speed of 65+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free home workspace
  • Consistent availability to work scheduled weekend shifts

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time weekend position requiring 16–24 hours per week.

The standard schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am–5:00pm CST. Based on business needs — including renewal cycles and email volume — an additional shift may occasionally be scheduled on Friday or Monday.

Flexibility is important, as scheduling adjustments are determined by projected workload.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
