We are a rapidly expanding e-commerce printing company on an exciting growth path, and we're looking for a Customer Support Agent who shares our commitment to excellence. About the Role: As Customer Support you will work as a liaison between our customers and our production. This role will work to support our customer base and answer any and all questions. This role will also assist in the management of large orders and will at times need to assist customers with diagnosing and solving file issues. The ideal candidate will have customer service, and administrative experience. Graphic design experience is a plus - specifically preflight experience. Experience working with Adobe illustrator and Photoshop are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via email and phone to answer questions, provide information, and resolve concerns.
  • Assist with account set up, returns, and general inquiries, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance our customer service approach and elevate the overall experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service or a similar role and graphic design.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Sunday and Monday from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm.
  • Part-time role - 15 hours per week.
