Customer Support Representatives-Truck Dispatch

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and energetic Sales Executives to join our growing truck dispatching team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to truck drivers (owner-operators), building relationships, and generating qualified leads for our dispatch team.

This role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, and client coordination, while our experienced dispatchers will handle closing and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to truck drivers and owner-operators in the US market
• Generate and qualify leads for the dispatching team
• Build strong relationships with potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls and leads
• Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Experience in cold calling or sales (preferably in trucking/dispatching campaign)
• Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
