DK Digital Solutions is a customer-focused company dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, delivering superior assistance to our valued customers through online Chat and Call's. Your role is essential in ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience and generate more sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Support: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous support to customers via online chat and Call's.
• Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, striving to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
• Troubleshooting: Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
• Customer Education: Guide customers on how to use our products and services effectively, offering tips and solutions.
• Multi-Channel Support: Collaborate with other customer support channels (phone, chat, email) as needed to ensure consistent support.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback, suggestions, and trends to the Customer Support Manager for continuous improvement.
• Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed about product updates, service outages, and other relevant information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Preferably U.S or neutral accent.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.

Office Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi

Shift Timing: 06:00pm to 03:00am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

• Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
