Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • .Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
  • Experience in telecom, BPO, and Tele sales industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
