About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused female professional to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will handle inbound inquiries received through our website and social media channels, provide accurate product information, and convert these inquiries into confirmed sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, website chats, and inquiries from Google or other online platforms.
- Provide professional assistance and product information to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or products.
- Convert online leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM with inquiry and conversion details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT).
- Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Confident telephone and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with online chat or lead management tools.
- Positive attitude, persuasive personality, and ability to meet targets.
