About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused female professional to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will handle inbound inquiries received through our website and social media channels, provide accurate product information, and convert these inquiries into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, website chats, and inquiries from Google or other online platforms.
  • Provide professional assistance and product information to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or products.
  • Convert online leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM with inquiry and conversion details.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT).
  • Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Confident telephone and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with online chat or lead management tools.
  • Positive attitude, persuasive personality, and ability to meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
