About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support & Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish (primary requirement) and English. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and assist in driving sales through inbound and outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide professional customer support in Spanish and English
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
• Identify sales opportunities and close deals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Meet performance and sales targets

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker (MANDATORY)
• Strong spoken and written English
• Previous customer support or sales experience preferred
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer
• Quality headset with microphone
• Ability to work full-time in US time zones
