Overview
We're seeking a motivated Customer Support / Soft Sales Representative to handle client inquiries, provide excellent service, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Manage leads and follow-ups in CRM
- Maintain customer records and prepare reports
- Coordinate with vendors for service delivery
- Contribute to process improvements
- Update schedules in real-time based on new requests and changes
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Excellent scheduling and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Work Schedule: 10:00AM - 7:00PM (6 days a week)
- Availability to work on Sundays.
- Once per week office attendance required
- Reliable internet and work-from-home setup
- Previous customer support/sales experience preferred

Training Program
- Week 1-2: 5 hours/day in-office training (company overview, tools, customer service standards)
- Week 3-4+: Gradually increasing hours with live customer interactions and mentoring
- Total: 4-6 weeks until full independence
Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
