Customer Support Specialist

Be part of a team providing top notch service to it's customers! We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our reputable client in Stevens Point. This person will provide support to the Client Account team. This position pays $20/hour and will work 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. This opportunity is expected to last up to a year in length or more.
Duties:

• Processing renewals and creating communication using mail merge in Word, Mailchimp and other tools
• Loading documents into document archive
• Delivering mail items to team members
• Assisting to monitor a shared team inbox and responding to requests
• Maintaining accurate account information in database
• Working with higher level staff to problem solve
• Assisting with creating portal accounts and maintaining links for customers
• Transferring data from English to foreign language translations
• Special projects as assigned

• Ability to develop thorough product knowledge
• Knowledge of computers and skill in programs including MS Office, SQL and Salesforce (or ability to be trained in programs)
• Multi-tasking ability
• Detail oriented
• Strong customer service mindset
