1. Handle Customer Communications: Answer all customer questions quickly via phone, email, and social media.

  • 2. Manage Returns and Refunds: Process customer requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
  • 3. Solve Customer Problems: Resolve complaints efficiently and use customer feedback to suggest service improvements.
  • 4. Be a Product Expert: Know all House of Gulab products well to give customers accurate information.
  • 5. Maintain Records: Keep detailed, accurate notes of all customer interactions and resolutions in our system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,297.44 - ₹36,294.87 per month
