About the Company

We represent a reputed USA-based logistics and supply chain organization expanding our international operations in India. To support our U.S. recruitment and hiring programs, we are seeking confident, articulate, and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives for our Kolkata office.

Role Summary

As a Process Executive – Voice Process, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end international voice-based communication related to recruitment operations. This role requires strong English communication, professionalism, and the ability to engage candidates across multiple hiring touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound voice calls to prospective and shortlisted candidates for U.S. hiring programs
• Handle inbound international calls with high-quality customer service standards
• Effectively manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, and hiring coordination
• Apply strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Post, monitor, and manage job openings across job portals and recruitment platforms
• Communicate with candidates via calls, emails, and chats throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, call logs, and recruitment databases
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet daily and weekly hiring targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / BPO / KPO
• Experience in US/Overseas Recruitment, Staffing, or Hiring Process is preferred but not a constraint for the right candidate
• Excellent spoken and written English communication with a neutral accent
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Email tools, CRM systems, and Job Portals
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred

Work Schedule

• 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)
• US Night Shift
• Work From Office – Kolkata only
