Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Communicate clearly while upholding the company’s values, quality standards, and brand voice
- Accurately record customer feedback and insights to support service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
- Candidates holding a valid visa will be given preference
