We’re Hiring: Telecaller

Do you enjoy engaging with people and building meaningful conversations? We are looking for confident, articulate, and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  • Communicate clearly while upholding the company’s values, quality standards, and brand voice
  • Accurately record customer feedback and insights to support service improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
  • Candidates holding a valid visa will be given preference
