Crossroads Courier is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team! The purpose of this role is to provide superior customer service whilst supporting our courier drivers in order to help facilitate the on-time delivery of all items to our customers using all resources available.
Schedule:

Full Time
-
Friday through Tuesday, 8AM to 5PM
- Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
-
Answers phones, routes calls, and inputs orders

Fielding customer emails, inputting orders, responding to or routing emails
-
Provides logistical and operational support to contractors
-
Delivers excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
-
Communicates to scheduled service customers who have backup drivers assigned to routes

Completes regularly scheduled reports as needed
- From time to time, you will jump in to make deliveries, ensuring our customers get their packages right when they need them
Pay:
-
$20-22/hr
- Biweekly
Qualifications:
-
High School or Equivalent
-
At least 2 years of professional experience in a time-critical environment

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise

High attention to detail
-
Capacity to make decisions in a high stress environment

Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands multiple times throughout the day

Thrives in fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
