What You'll Do:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients and clients

Provide accurate and timely information on services, appointments, and billing

Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems

Follow up with patients and clients to ensure full issue resolution

Collaborate with internal departments to address complex inquiries

Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance KPIs
What We're Looking For:

1–2 years of customer support or patient service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities

Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Healthcare or medical background is a plus but not required
