Customer Support Specialist
*This role is open to candidates based in the Salt Lake City area, starting remotely with an expectation to work in person or in a hybrid capacity as the team continues to scale.
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a passion for technology and beauty to assist customers when using Musely FaceRx treatments and services. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, providing solutions and guiding treatment users through a new skincare journey. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn customer trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company with excellent customer support and attention to detail.
