As part of the team, you’ll work closely with sales and operations to turn customer requests into real, delivered solutions—playing a direct role in ensuring orders move smoothly from start to finish.


Beaverton, OR (On-site)

$25/hr | Full-Time | M–F, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM


Creative Safety Supply is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who takes ownership of work and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.


This role goes beyond traditional customer service. You’ll manage orders, coordinate across teams, and make sure work moves from start to finish—keeping customers informed, resolving issues, and filling in gaps when information isn’t complete.


What You’ll Do


  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and chat
  • Own customer orders from intake through completion
  • Work with sales, production, and warehouse teams to keep orders moving
  • Handle custom requests (including signage and product customization)
  • Provide clear updates and proactively follow up with customers
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve order or service problems
  • Support sales team with quotes, order entry, and account management
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot, NetSuite)
  • Identify and suggest process improvements


What You’ll Need


  • 5+ years experience in customer service, order processing, or operations support
  • Experience working across teams (sales, logistics, production, etc.)
  • Strong follow-through — you don’t drop things once you pick them up
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities at once
  • Clear, direct communication (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in CRM/ERP systems
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
