Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Specialist (Chat) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and strong English communication skills. This role involves handling customer queries through chat, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support (chat preferred)
  • Strong English skills (speaking, writing, and listening)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a male candidate
  • Willing to work in evening shifts
  • Must be available to work on weekends

Working Schedule

  • 6 days a week
  • 1 day off (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends are mandatory working days
