Customer Support Specialist - Home Warranty

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding warranty claims and service requests
  • Assist clients with the warranty registration process, claim submissions, and status updates
  • Conduct data entry accurately into our customer management systems to track warranty cases and resolutions
  • Provide clear guidance on warranty policies, procedures, and product information in multiple languages as needed
  • Handle outbound calls to follow up on pending warranty issues or gather additional information from customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service appointments, replacements, or repairs for warranty-covered products
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions to ensure quality service delivery

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to support our diverse client base effectively
  • Excellent customer support skills with a friendly, empathetic approach to client interactions
  • Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and general computer skills for efficient workflow management
  • Experience with call center operations or outbound calling campaigns is preferred
  • Demonstrated communication skills with professional phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to analyze customer issues quickly and provide effective solutions
  • Typing speed and accuracy to manage high-volume customer interactions efficiently

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
