About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Support Expert who is proactive, persuasive, and client-focused. You will handle customer inquiries, provide top-notch support, and have the opportunity to upsell services and collect recurring payments from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Upsell products and services where appropriate.
• Manage and collect recurring payments from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Contribute to team goals and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support, upselling, and payment collection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
