Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

PulseMediaNL is seeking a customer-focused and solutions-driven Customer Support Specialist (Remote) to join our remote team. This role is essential in assisting customers, resolving support inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience across all communication channels while working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Support & Assistance

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with account updates, orders, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
  • Deliver empathetic and solution-oriented support to maintain customer satisfaction

Issue Resolution & Follow-Up

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Track and document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and expectations are met

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Build positive relationships through professional and consistent communication
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services
  • Support customer retention by delivering a high standard of service
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and customer-centric support environment

Systems & Administrative Support

  • Use CRM systems, support platforms, and communication tools effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across support systems
  • Assist with updating FAQs, support resources, and internal documentation
  • Follow established support procedures and operational guidelines

Requirements

About the Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, patient, and dependable attitude
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
