PulseMediaNL is seeking a customer-focused and solutions-driven Customer Support Specialist (Remote) to join our remote team. This role is essential in assisting customers, resolving support inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience across all communication channels while working in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
Customer Support & Assistance

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

Assist customers with account updates, orders, troubleshooting, and general inquiries

Deliver empathetic and solution-oriented support to maintain customer satisfaction
Issue Resolution & Follow-Up

Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Track and document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and expectations are met
Customer Experience & Engagement

Build positive relationships through professional and consistent communication

Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services

Support customer retention by delivering a high standard of service

Contribute to maintaining a positive and customer-centric support environment
Systems & Administrative Support

Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate

1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
