Location: F.B. Area, Block 10, Karachi

Shift: 9-hour shift between 6 PM – 6 AM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team at Techomatrix.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting international clients through calls, emails, and chat — ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.

This position is purely Customer Support (non-sales, non-commission-based) with a fixed salary of up to PKR 55,000.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide prompt and professional support to international clients via multiple communication channels.

* Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.

* Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and deliver appropriate solutions.

* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent service quality.

* Uphold company standards of communication, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

* Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer support or a related role.

* Communication: Exceptional English (verbal & written).

* Skills: Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

* Technical: Comfortable using CRM tools and support software.

* Personality: Proactive, patient, and detail-oriented with a service-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
