About the Role:
We’re looking for a Call Center Team Lead to manage, motivate, and guide our sales call center team to achieve and exceed targets. You will be responsible for performance monitoring, coaching, and ensuring process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Monitor calls, ensure adherence to scripts, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Track and report team performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Drive a positive and high-energy sales culture on the floor.
- Coordinate with management on process updates and target planning.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 3–5 years of call center experience (sales domain mandatory).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-driven with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
