Job description:
We are looking for client focused Chat Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle technical queries, troubleshoot basic issues, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth customer experience and client retention.
Requirements:
- Provide real-time chat support to customers.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions accurately and efficiently.
- Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Communicate updates or issues to team leads as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.
Qualification:
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
- Ability to work in shifts (if required).
Location: PIA Road near wapda town ,Lahore
Timings: 10:00am-7:00pm
Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
