Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant (Night Shift) will provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support management and staff with administrative duties

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
