Position: Customer Support Representative (CSR) Fluent English
Location: Saddar, Rawalpindi Kohistan Tower
Shifts Available: Morning, Evening & Night(8AM TO 4PM - 4PM TO 12AM- 12AM TO 8AM)
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office) Onsite

About the Role
Sparking Asia is looking for confident and enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong English speaking abilities, and the confidence to interact professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client communication professionally through calls, chats, and emails
• Conduct and attend meetings with potential and existing clients
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve client queries efficiently
• Assist with basic freelancing and Upwork-related communication
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking and typing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling meetings and client interactions
• Basic knowledge of Upwork and freelancing platforms is preferred
• Ability to work in Morning, Evening, or Night shifts
• Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply
