Job Description:
Location: Islamabad (On-site) I-9 Islamabad
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support / Loan Recovery Executive to join our team for Hakeem Easy Finance, a nano financing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue loan payments, providing excellent customer service, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone calls to follow up on overdue loan payments.
- Remind customers about pending dues and payment deadlines.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans when required.
- Handle customer queries related to loans, payments, and account status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery activities.
- Update customer information and payment commitments in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to the supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach during all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Intermediate with work experience OR Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online platforms.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Salary & Benefits: PKR 40,000/month + Medical + Lunch + Commission and other company benefits
