In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in promoting a wide range of client products and services within a retail setting. From increasing brand awareness to guiding consumers through their purchase journey, our Customer Team Members help make a meaningful impact through authentic, face-to-face interactions.

Customer Team Member Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands with enthusiasm and professionalism inside local retail environments
- Educate customers on available products and services that align with their needs and lifestyle
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and effectively handle customer inquiries
- Participate in regular training and development sessions focused on sales strategies and leadership skills
- Collaborate with teammates to share insights and develop effective outreach strategies
- Attend team meetings to align on daily goals and performance expectations
