Key Responsibilities of the Customer Team Member:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, delivering timely, accurate, professional and friendly support
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests, with empathy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers with all steps of the onboarding process, including recommending appropriate solutions, placing sales orders, and walking them through activation
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate and when it aligns with customer needs and budget requirements
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, management staff, and human resource departments to ensure overall company efficiency and profitability

Qualifications of the Customer Team Member:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or higher is a plus, but not required
  • 0-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a client relations-type role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a diverse contingent of customers
  • Proactive, motivated go getters who like setting goals and hitting them

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,500.00 - $59,950.00 per year
