As a Customer Team Member, you'll drive results by interacting with customers, promoting wireless products, and elevating the in-store experience.

Main Objectives

• Assist customers directly on the sales floor and provide product recommendations.
• Present AT&T wireless solutions, devices, and plan options clearly and confidently.
• Close sales in-store and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support daily store operations and merchandising standards.
• Process activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge on AT&T devices and services.
• Help troubleshoot basic device issues and guide customers through setup.
• Contribute to team performance goals and store metrics.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
