Customer & Technician Support Agent – GPS Telematics Industry

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking an experienced Customer & Technician Support Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the GPS telematics industry, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for troubleshooting technical issues and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and field technicians regarding GPS telematics devices and systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or onsite.
  • Guide customers and technicians through installation, configuration, and maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Document support activities and maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions.
  • Educate customers on best practices for device usage and system optimization.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in the GPS telematics or fleet management industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GPS devices, telematics hardware, and related software platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of wireless communication protocols, vehicle diagnostics, and related technologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
