As a Customer Training Specialist at FacilGo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients and users are proficient in utilizing our software platform effectively. You will be working closely with the solution deployment team for new clients, with the customer success team to ensure clients remain proficient in the use of the platform, and with the client support team to resolve client training tickets.

You will be responsible for designing, generating, and delivering training content across various media to educate and support both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and effective training content, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, videos, and interactive materials.
  • Create comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of individual clients or user groups.
  • Conduct training sessions for both new and existing clients, either one-on-one or in a group setting, to ensure a deep understanding of our software platform's capabilities.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions with clients, ensuring that training is conducted at their convenience.
  • Respond to user training-related tickets, answering training-related questions, and offering platform feature guidance as needed.
  • Gather feedback from clients and users to continually improve training content and methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, materials, and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • 5 years training experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in building training content across various media.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and video editing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including proficient in Spanish.
  • Ability to adapt to new software platforms quickly.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple training sessions and clients simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
