Customer Verification & Lead Conversion Executive

We are looking for dedicated and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Verification & Lead Conversion Executives. The role involves verifying customer information, following up on potential leads, and closing deals through professional and persuasive communication.

Responsibilities:

• Verify customer details and maintain accurate records
• Conduct follow-up calls and ensure successful lead conversions
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets
• Handle customer queries professionally and politely
• Maintain consistent reporting and documentation

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, target-driven, and persuasive personality
• Ability to manage calls effectively
• Prior experience in verification or sales/closing is a plus but not mandatory
