Customer Verification & Sales Closing Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying customer information, confirming eligibility, and closing sales efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Contact and verify customer information through inbound and outbound calls
• Confirm customer eligibility, interest, and accuracy of provided details
• Close sales after successful verification
• Clearly explain offers, pricing, and terms to customers
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow verification guidelines
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly closing targets
• Follow company scripts, compliance, and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Verifier, Closer, or Sales Agent preferred
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team
• Basic computer and call-handling skills
